Time does fly fast. It seemed only yesterday when we attended the NHF Company Secretaries’ Conference 2014 on June 17 last year. And because we had such a productive and fulfilling time then, we decided to come back and join again.
Drop by at the Royal College of Surgeons of England on Tuesday, June 16, for the NHF Company Secretaries’ Conference and Exhibition 2015. The conference will discuss how company secretaries can successfully manage and identify risks, and how they can equip boards to make better decisions in light of the Federation’s new Code of Governance. The role of the company secretary is evolving fast, and the conference is there to help everyone with the role to adjust to the changes.
