d. Convene Portal
We use the following Cookies in our Convene Portal:
| Cookie Name | Description |
| JSESSIONID | This cookie is used to maintain the user’s session state while navigating through our website. It allows the server to identify the user’s browser session and the user’s authentication status and preferences during the user’s visit. This cookie is typically deleted when the user closes the browser. This is a strictly necessary cookie required for the website to function properly. |
| APUID | This cookie is a persistent cookie used to store a unique identifier associated with the device used to access Convene. This identifier allows the system to recognize returning devices and supports features related to device registration and authentication. This cookie is necessary for device registration and device authentication flows. |
| PREF_LANG | This cookie is a preference cookie used to store the preferred language or locale selected by the user while accessing Convene. This allows Convene to present content in the user’s chosen language on subsequent visits. |
| LUI | This cookie is a convenience cookie used to store the encrypted username of the most recent user who successfully logged in to Convene. Its purpose is to improve usability by allowing the application to autofill the username field when the user returns to the login page. |
| ssoSessionId | This cookie is a session-management cookie used to store a unique identifier representing the active Single Sign-On (SSO) session established between Convene and an Identity Provider (IdP). This cookie enables Convene to detect when a user’s SSO session has changed or ended and to gracefully manage and invalidate application sessions associated with that same SSO session. This cookie is necessary for SLO (Single logout) operations of Convene. |
| sloReqId | This cookie is a security-focused cookie used to store a unique identifier assigned to a Single Logout (SLO) operation initiated by Convene. This cookie allows Convene applications to identify, correlate, and validate an SLO request to ensure that the logout action being processed is legitimate and corresponds to an SLO flow initiated by the system. This cookie is necessary for SLO (Single logout) operations of Convene. |
| citAdapterSso | This cookie is a functional cookie used by Convene to determine whether a user has been authenticated through Microsoft Teams. This cookie enables the application to apply the special handling and integration behaviors required when authentication occurs via the Microsoft Teams environment. This cookie is necessary for CiT (Convene in Teams). |
| STATE_REQ_ID | This cookie is a security-focused cookie used to store and validate a unique identifier assigned when initiating an external login (usually via Authentication-related Logic) to a Digital Signature Provider by Convene. It allows both Convene and the DS Provider to verify a request’s state to ensure that the action being processed is legitimate; and corresponds to a request initiated by the system. This cookie is necessary when doing API requests to a Digital Signature Provider that also has validation of the request on their side. (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Sign) |
| minutesWriteLock.{unique 36 char} | A functional cookie used by Convene to appropriately release locks for meeting minutes as a contingency measure in the event that the browser fails to send the release request. This cookie is generated upon lock of the meeting minutes which is done on access of the meeting minutes page. It is then destroyed upon the successful release of the lock from the meeting minutes page (upon successful exit of the page) or, in the event of a failure to properly release the lock, upon the user’s login. |
