  Complementing his legal leadership, Atty. Sean brings over a decade of prior experience in sales, account management, and contract negotiation, including senior commercial roles in the energy and petroleum sectors across the Visayas. This progression from frontline commercial leadership to in-house legal and governance roles provides him with a well-rounded, business-driven perspective, enabling him to contribute meaningfully to discussions on board effectiveness, compliance discipline, and the modernization of Annual General Meetings and shareholder engagement in the digital era.

  Aloysius Ang is the Regional Manager and Head of ConveneAGM, overseeing the delivery of digital shareholder meeting solutions across the region. Over the past five years, he has led and supported the execution of 1,000+ AGMs, working closely with listed companies and large enterprises across physical, virtual, and hybrid formats.

  Through his role, Aloysius advises large corporates on modernizing shareholder meetings, drawing on extensive regional experience to help organizations strengthen governance, compliance, and shareholder engagement through effective use of digital AGM platforms.
