Convene at the Government Innovation Showcase 2026
Convene was proud to be an Exhibitor Sponsor at the Governance Innovation Showcase (GIA) 2026, hosted by the Public Sector Network. Taking place on May 12, 2026, this event served as an avenue for all local and government directors, department heads and executives from across New Zealand for a day filled with workshops, thought leadership sessions and networking opportunities.
With the theme of enabling digital transformation to build smarter, more connected services across government, this showcase brings together public sector leaders, digital innovators, and industry partners for this 1-day event. Together, they will explore how AI and digital transformation can improve government services deliver better outcomes with fewer resources with discussions revolving around key topics such as:
- AI adoption, governance, and responsible innovation
- Digital transformation across government
- Data integration, privacy, and cybersecurity
With the goal of providing a concrete, complete and comprehensive suite of governance tools to New Zealand’s government bodies, Convene continued to help these organisations achieve good governance by introducing them to the Convene Suite of Tools.
