HKEX Reporting Guidelines
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) requires its listed companies to report on their ESG information as part of their annual report or in a separate sustainability report as early as 2013.
The ESG Reporting Guidelines is revised in 2021 which includes four environmental aspects and eight social and governance aspects. This guideline is applicable for companies listed in the Main Board and General Enterprise Market (GEM).
