    Dr. Agnes Tai is a seasoned finance professional with 45 years of experience in asset and risk management and ESG investing. She is a Director at Great Glory Investment Corporation and a Senior Advisor at iPartners Holdings Limited.

    Throughout her career, she has led asset management firms, advised on sovereign wealth funds, and held leadership roles at institutions like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD)

    Dr. Tai is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in Sustainability Leadership and Governance, as well as in Sustainable Global Business and Finance at the CUHK. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a graduate of the Stanford Directors College.

    CS B. Narasimhan is a postgraduate in Economics and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), brings over 40 years of expertise in Corporate Law and Capital Markets. Re-elected for 2023-2026, he served as ICSI president(2024) and is the current CSIA secretary. A key contributor to SEBI committees, he also led the Registrar Association of India (RAIN) for two terms. His deep engagement with stock exchanges, depositories, and regulatory bodies has shaped industry practices.

    Dr. Kwan leads Link’s sustainability and risk governance, driving climate resilience and decarbonization strategies, and aligning the Group’s operations with global sustainability standards. With expertise across energy, automotive, academia, and real estate, he integrates risk management with strategic growth.

    Dr. Kwan holds a Doctorate in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and HKUST, and a Juris Doctorate from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
