Throughout her career, she has led asset management firms, advised on sovereign wealth funds, and held leadership roles at institutions like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD)
Dr. Tai is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in Sustainability Leadership and Governance, as well as in Sustainable Global Business and Finance at the CUHK. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a graduate of the Stanford Directors College.
