Serving as the Formar Group Chief Sustainability and Governance Officer at Dangote Industries Limited, she pioneered transformative sustainability strategy across 14 countries.
Simon Messenger
ISSB Member – IFRS FoundationSimon messenger, ISSB fellow – Market Engagement, works on corporate, invester and regulatory engagement with a particular focus on Europe and Africa. He is a respected leader in the field of sustainability reporting and finance, with over 15 years of experience. He also serves as the adviser to the United Nations Environment programme.
Anna Hemmant
Manager – IFRS FoundationAnna Hemmant manages the IFRS Foundation’s Translation, Licensing and Adoption team. Anna has been working with national standard setters and other authorities responsible for jurisdictional adaptation since 2014. The role focuses on providing operational support to facilitate and monitor regulatory adaption of the IFRS Accounting Standard, and most recently IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. Additionally, she has a master’s in translation studies and a postgraduate diploma in management.
