Having multiple membership tiers with designated voting rights, SGTech needed a powerful online AGM platform that allowed for multi-level voting rights. Adding on to this complexity, this year’s AGM for SGTech required more fine-grain controls to distinguish the voting rights of members who attend physically and virtually.

With COVID-19 cases still rising rapidly in Singapore, companies are faced with lots of ambiguity if completely physical AGMs will ever be coming back in the next few years.
